At Floret Library, we want you to be completely enamored with your wardrobe. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Floret Library tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or perfume.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
